Reports and data export
How to generate reports, export to CSV or PDF, and use the NLIS export.
MusterMate can generate a range of reports and export your data in formats suitable for NLIS, your accountant, or your own records.
Available reports
- Animal inventory — full list of animals with status, paddock, and tag numbers
- Treatment register — all treatments with medication, dose, and WHP
- Paddock history — movement records for NLIS compliance
- Weight history — weight records and ADG by animal or group
- Breeding summary — mating and birth records
- Expense summary — costs by category and date range
- Rainfall log — recorded rainfall with monthly averages
Export to CSV
Every report can be exported to CSV. Go to Reports, select the report type and date range, and tap Export CSV.
Export to PDF
Most reports also have a PDF export for printing or emailing. Tap Export PDF on the report screen.
NLIS export
The NLIS export produces a movement file in the format required by the National Livestock Identification System. Go to Reports → NLIS Export, select the date range, and download.
NLIS reporting requirements vary by state and species. Check with your state agriculture department for current requirements.
