Your data, privacy, and security
Where your data is stored, how it's protected, and how to export or delete it.
Your farm data belongs to you. MusterMate is designed to protect it and give you full control over it.
Where data is stored
All data is stored locally on your device first (IndexedDB). When you're online, it syncs to our cloud database hosted in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). Your data never leaves Australia.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are never stored — we use secure magic-link sign-in.
Export your data
You can export all your data at any time. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a full CSV archive of every record.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Delete Account to request account deletion. All cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Local data on your device is removed immediately.
