MusterMate is free to use with no time limit. Paid plans unlock larger farms, team access, advanced reports, and priority support.
Plans
- Free — up to 15 animals, core features only
- Farm — $99/year AUD — unlimited animals, PDF reports, NLIS export, 1 extra team member
- Multi — $229/year AUD — unlimited animals, multiple properties, up to 3 team members
- Business — $499/year AUD — unlimited everything, unlimited team members, dedicated account manager
21-day free trial
When you start a paid plan, you get a 21-day trial with no credit card required. You only need to enter payment details after the trial ends.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, email hello@mustermate.app and we'll refund your annual fee in full — no questions asked.
Upgrade or change plan
Go to Settings → Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Plan changes take effect at the next billing anniversary.
